Feature
The Vacuum Bellowshave higher convolution height and smaller pitch between neighboring convolutions compared to a usual Annular Hose, so the radius of crest and root for convolutions are smaller.
The Vacuum Bellows can be applied to both low-pressure or high-pressure(inside of a vacuum equipment) due to its thin thickness.
The features of Vacuum Bellows are as follows.
- For a vacuum piping application, it has no axial contraction and good resistance to deformation..
- It shows excellent vibration absorption capability dueto its low spring constant.
- It saves time to reach the target vacuum due to its internallow resistance resulted from its narrow thread pitch.
- It has long repetition and endurance lifecycles.
- It has high volume change rate
